I am leading the creation and integration of the product marketing function at Ribbon. My team is focused on defining and driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches that power Ribbon achieving its revenue goals and creating our differentiation in the market.

I led a team of product marketers focused on supporting growth and customer retention. My team crafted GTM strategies that delivered a differentiated value proposition to customers and directly informed product and sales strategy. We did this through a combination of market and regulatory research, competitive intel, GTM work, value messaging, and high impact content.

I owned internal strategic projects to scale process and position our program for sustainable growth. I was also appointed to an Interim Manager role and oversaw daily operations and administration supervising a team of 12 staff responsible for coordinating care for over 2,000 international patients annually. Both of these roles required effective stakeholder relationships with senior leaders, clinical departments, and international embassies.
